0. blp9-6.ine.out0-98 (ext file) was computed form blp9-6.ine and is only a partial output.
   The run using mplrs v7.1 took about 8 months using between 200 and 420 processors, in 98 checkpointed runs.

1. To convert blp9-6.ine.out0-98 (ext file) to p9-6.ext0-98 in full S_A+S_B basis:

remove all lines except the ext ray matrix

% blp2lp < blp9-6.ine.out0-98 > zfile

% lmax 9 6 -2 < zfile > p9-6.ext0-98

This recomputes S from w and pretty prints

Need to fill in m and set n=100    

In this case we obtained:

2. To convert p9-6.ext0-98 to h9-6.ext0-98

% lmax 9 6 6 < p9-6.ext0-98 > h9-6.ext0-98

Then remove duplicates by

% sort -u h9-6.ext0-98 > temp

and reconstruct h9-6.ext0-98 from temp using an an editor

3. Since h9-6.ext0-98 was constructed from the S_B space only we need to add in the S_A extreme rays.
This can be done by merging with h8-6.ext which was completely computed then removing duplicates again.
We obtain h9-6.ext.part with 213,225 extreme rays.
